It is important to use the lubricants that meet the current specifications set forth by Eaton. Look for the appropriate approval code on the container. RoadrangerSpecification: PS-164 Rev 7.
Use of lubricants meeting this specifications will ensure the highest performing lubricants for maximum performance.
Roadranger transmission maintenance:
Daily inspection and proper oil change intervals are the key to a any maintenance program, longer life and to keep your warranty intact. Your rebuilt Roadranger transmission will last for millions of miles if treated correctly and regular maintenance is preformed.
If the oil is not changed on a regular basis or the oil level is let to run low at any time your rebuilt Roadranger transmission could fail and or void your warranty.
